How Did Blogging Start

It is great that the phrase blog floats around the net day in and day out J.A. Happ Jersey , but what if you have no idea what a blog really is? Is this going to be helpful to your web site? No, not really. Here we will offer the skinny on the phrase blog, and you can decide for yourself if it may or may not be useful in your web pages. The term blog refers to weblog and it is in every fashion not a commercial or professional site. It is more of the personal nature, for comment or web site material. Generally the most recent information on a blog is kept at the top of the page, as blogs are dated log formats.
Often they will have commentary of other sites or links directing you to them. Many times the site is dictated by group links and the log is updated frequently. The opinion is this is the very first weblog was back in 1993 it was the Mosaic. This was generally a compiling of links that where kind of disregarded. It took until 1998 for them to be a mere handful of these so called blogs in existence. The blogger all knew each other and were swapping the links between each other. There are multiple tools these days for the people that are truly interested in blogging, this software can be found online and has become extremely popular. Two of the more popular blog programs are Blogger and Wordpress (both are free). Check out the craze for yourself, and see what you think of it. You may just enjoy it yourself. By the year 1999 this term blog was starting to pick up pace, and as a result became a phenomenon. Once it became free to the public, it really took off and was a pastime that was enjoyed by many. Web logs were hand coded by developers on the web before the software became available. The use of html was the main coding for this program, and the web designers at the time were pretty much the only ones that knew it.
Now that this new software is available to the general public, anyone is capable of making a blog. The moment blogger was released in 1999 it became a huge success with the public. Now people are not restricted on what kind of weblog they make, fast-forward to the year 2000 and people are making as many as 300-350 new blogs daily. There is actually a directory for all these blogs, and it contains as many as 5,500 entries. This is now a craze with over 750,000 blog users; this was not merely a passing trend obviously. There are multiple tools these days for the people that are truly interested in blogging, this software can be found online and has become extremely popular. ACCRA， Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- Ghana announced further reforms here on Monday to reduce the time and cost of doing business at its ports， enabling importers to pay duties and all other transactional costs through a single electronic payment card system.
"The inefficiencies in doing business are expensive to the economy and increase the cost of goods which is borne by both consumers and producers，" Minister for Finance， Seth Terkper stated， while launching the CashXpress card， which is a partnership between continental bank， Ecobank and West Blue， operators of the Ghana National Single Window (GNSW) facility.
He said launching of the CashXpress card complements government's efforts in simplifying and reducing the transactional time and cost of doing business in Ghana.
The GNSW introduced by government in September 2015 seems to be paying off already as Ghana has moved up 13 places in the latest World Bank's Trading Across Borders for 2017 profile in its Ease of Doing Business Report.
Ghana moved from 167th place to 154th place in the world and from 37th place to 29th in Sub-Sahara Africa after reducing by 206 hours the documentary compliance time for imports.
The electronic payment platform available online operates multi-card Point of Sale (POS) terminals; Mobile Money Collection Services; Online Payment Platform which accepts both mobile money and card payments， among others with traders using a loaded online wallet for all payments and transactional costs on the platform.
"The GNSW CashXpress， an innovative product set to revolutionize the payment of customs duties in Ghana is one of the key components of our overall electronic payment framework，" Valentina Mintah， Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of West Blue， operators of the GNSW system noted.
Mintah added that the efficacy with which the platform facilitates collection across all multiple banks and channels has brought a lot of value for all stakeholders both public and private in terms of reduction in time and cost of transactions and government efficient administration. Enditem
